How we are paid
We model energy retrofit for UK commercial property. When a client asks for a quote they choose how many they want, up to three. The client pays nothing.
Not independent
Installers pay us for introductions, and procurement partners pay us where a contract is placed. Pretending otherwise would be the fastest way to lose your trust.
What we offer instead is that every figure is traceable and the method is visible.
The rules we hold
Six of them, and they are enforced in the product rather than promised on a page.
- 01Every figure traces to a recorded assumption and to your own site data. Where either is missing, we produce nothing and name what is missing.
- 02Modelled and verified are never presented as the same thing.
- 03Every client facing figure is a range. Cost leads with the low end, payback with the longer end.
- 04A provisional assumption is labelled as provisional on every page it reaches.
- 05A report is a snapshot. Recalculating creates a new one, and the old one still renders as it did.
- 06We never convert energy spend into consumption. There is no rate we could defend dividing by.
Where numbers come from
Installer proposals we hold, published benchmarks, and the outcomes of work we introduced. Each assumption carries its source, its date and our confidence in it.
