What you get, and what we need

You get a cost, saving and payback range for every measure that suits each building, ranked across the estate. We need an address, a floor area and recent energy data. One building or a hundred: a portfolio comes in as a single list.

Four steps

The same four for one building or for a portfolio. You can stop after any of them.

  1. Add your buildings

    An address, the floor area and whether you own, lease or let each one. That is enough to begin. A portfolio comes in as a single list rather than one at a time.

  2. Add your energy data

    Four ways, and you choose. Upload a bill, add us to the data portal you already have, sign an authority so we can ask your supplier, or let us estimate from floor area and say plainly that we have.
