For commercial property, not homes

See what your buildings could save, before anyone tries to sell you anything.

Add your commercial sites, tell us or authorise us to collect your energy data, and Meridian models what each building could save across eight measures with real costs, savings and payback. Free for the business. No subscription, no obligation.

The eight measures
  • Solar PV
  • Battery storage
  • Heat pumps
  • EV charging
  • Voltage optimisation
  • Lighting
  • Insulation
  • Boilers

Not every measure suits every site. Where one is ruled out, we say why rather than leaving it on the page.

How it works
  1. 01
    Add your buildings

Address, floor area, tenure. A few minutes each, and you can bring a list in at once.

  2. 02
    Give us the energy data

Upload a bill, invite us to your data portal, or sign a letter of authority and we will ask your supplier.

  3. 03
See what each site could do

Costs, savings and payback as ranges, modelled from that building and its consumption.

  4. 04
Ask for a quote where it is worth it

We introduce one installer who can deliver that measure at that site.

Modelled or measured

Every figure is a range, and every figure is labelled. A model is a model until real consumption data replaces it, and we never let the two look the same.

One installer, not three

When you ask for a quote we introduce a single installer who can deliver that measure at that site. Nobody gets passed around a list.

Free for the business

You pay nothing at any stage. Installers pay us for the introduction, and only when you have asked for one.

The 2031 standard

From 2031, privately let non domestic buildings in England and Wales over 1,000 square metres are expected to need an EPC of band B. This is the confirmed policy direction rather than settled law, and remains subject to secondary legislation. Meridian shows you where each of your sites sits today and what would move it.

Start with one building.

You can see what it looks like with a single site and your last bill. Add the rest when you are ready.
