Terms of use

Meridians Energy, a product of Radiant Solar Ltd. Where these terms refer to "we" or "us", they mean Radiant Solar Ltd trading as Meridians Energy.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the site details you enter and for who you invite into your workspace. Members of your workspace can see the sites, data and reports it holds. Keep your sign in details to yourself and tell us if you think they have been used by someone else.

Figures shown as modelled are the output of a calculation using recorded assumptions and the data held for your building. They are estimates and they are shown as ranges for that reason. They are not a survey, not a quotation, and not advice on which you should commit capital on their own.

Figures shown as verified come from a measurement or a document we hold. The distinction is shown on every screen where it applies, and you should treat the two differently.

Where an assumption behind a figure is marked provisional, that figure carries more uncertainty than the range alone conveys.

When you ask for a quote you choose how many quotes you want, up to three, and we may introduce that many installers for that measure at that building. Any contract for the work is between you and the installer. We are not a party to it, we do not carry out installations, and we do not guarantee the installer's price, workmanship, timescales or availability.

You are free to accept, decline or ignore an introduction, and free to obtain quotes elsewhere. We are paid by the installer for the introduction. You are not charged for using Meridians.

Pages describing minimum energy efficiency standards, energy certificates and related policy are general information about a moving area of regulation, some of which is not yet settled law. They are not legal advice and you should take your own advice before relying on them for a specific building or transaction.

Do not attempt to access data belonging to another workspace, do not scrape or resell the content of the service, and do not upload documents you do not have the right to share with us. Where you sign a letter of authority you confirm you are entitled to authorise access to that supply.

We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise we are not liable for business losses arising from decisions taken on the basis of modelled figures, or from the acts or omissions of an installer introduced through the service.

We may change the service and these terms, and material changes will be notified in the application. You can stop using Meridians at any time and ask us to close your account. Reports already produced remain as they were on the day they were generated.
